Lily Nathanson is an experienced Customer Success Manager living in New York City. Lily's career choice was fueled by her personality. She's always been passionate about helping others, and the field of Customer Success enables her to work closely with clients and assist them in achieving their business goals. She is committed to building strong, lasting relationships with her customers at every level of their organization, from the C-Suite to the technical, day-to-day points of contact.

Lily also uses her background in Psychology to help inform her approach to communicating with customers. Throughout her career, she has built a strong interest and deep understanding for automating client workflows, relationship building, and teaching clients how they can leverage SaaS platforms to build ROI.

Outside of her career, there's nothing Lily loves more than traveling. Having learned French from a young age, she quickly developed an affinity for France and it is now one of her favorite destinations to visit. Lily also spent five months living abroad in Italy with a host family who spoke no English, and became deeply immersed in the native Italian culture.
